The 1st International Conference on Advances in Engineering and Technology for Sustainable Development (ICONS) aims towards gathering leading scientists and researchers in various disciplines for sharing contemporary knowledge and cutting-edge technology for responding to global challenges. In this first time that ICONS is organized, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE, Vietnam) is proud to be joined by Saitama University (SU, Japan). The official language of the conference will be English.
